This is the biggest tax scam in the whole world.
The companies pulling this tax avoidance stunt are all the well known names you see on the high street, internet, TV etc.
In this article and video I use the following examples:
1. "The Federation Against Copyright Theft" aka F.A.C.T (FACT are a Ltd company run by ex police officers - who are now millionaires)

Facts about "F.A.C.T"
"F.A.C.T" is run by ex Police Officers from the UK
One of the Directors is ex police officer Mr James ANGEL
FACT have no legal right to act on behalf of USA movie companies
I challenged "F.A.C.T" at St. Albans Crown Court to produce documents proving otherwise and their Barristers begged and pleaded with Judge Stephen Warner not to oblige them to produce the documents because of "time"
(May I just explain that Pagans (Masons) use Greek in their cryptic languages - TIME in Greek is HORUS - The prosecution pleaded with Judge Stephen Warener in the name of HORUS (The Devil)
Judge Stephen Warner granted the solicitors pleadings and allowed James Angel and the "Federation Against Copyright Theft" not to have to produce the evidence
Mr James ANGEL (Director of F.A.C.T and ex police officer) when on the stand under oath, at St. Albans Crown Court, questioned by me, could not answer nor produce documents showing he had any legally authority to act on behalf of the American Movie Industry.
"FACT" could not produce these documents because they do not have any such doecuments - They are LIARS !
By not making them produce "the evidence", Judge Stephen Warner made himself to be a "Liar Enabler" - He also refused the juries requests for any evidence we asked they should get (including original photos etc - only inkjest printer copies were submitted as "evidence"
F.A.C.T take people to Court using their "contacts" in the Police force (remember FACT is run by ex Police Officers) and have these people criminally charged for civil offenses (which are NOTHING to do with the police). Many of these people are jailed, have their property seized (inc their homes) and the money goes straight into the pockets of the Directors of "F.A.C.T" and their cronies - Not a single penny goes to the American movie industry, it all goes to "F.A.C.T" and the "agencies they work with" - Who are the "agencies they work with"? read on...
I was arrested because of these crooked lying ex police officers and subjected to being locked in police cells, shouted at, held for SIX hours after a doctor said I should be released and sent to hospital (this was confirmed on the stand under oath by an Officer from Hemel Hempstead Police Station at the Court Trial), threatened with jail over a period of 2 years unless I pleaded "guilty" to charges which do not even exist in UK law, slandered maliciously by the BBC (who are members of "F.A.C.T" and promote them on BBC "News" as "Officers from FACT".
HERE IS THE BRIEF RUN UP TO THE COURT CASE WHICH ANGERED ME AND LEAD TO ME TAKING "FACT" (LTD) TO COURT
I was charged with 32 counts and I laughed at them
They claimed they had 180 witnesses - I laughed at them!
The solicitors said "Plead Guilty" (after I did not return Masonic hand shakes) - so I sacked them!
The "charges" dropped from 32 to 2 (30 "charges" dropped just like that - incidently 30 in Roman numerals is XXX - See my video on what this means)
The "witnesses" dropped from 180 to 74 ( Judge Stephen Warner basically told me to shut up when I pointed this farce out in Court)
The "charges then dropped from 2 to 1 (that is a total of 31 "charges" so far dropped)
The "witnesses" again dropped from 74 to 15 (So far 165 "witnesses" also mysteriously vanished because they never existed in the first place)
Finally the "witnesses" dropped from 15 to 1 (against me) and even that "witness" could not get their fairy story right (and still we were convicted)
In total, including the 14 other witnesses we have 175 useless or non existent "witnesses"
It took TWO YEARS for this matter to go to the crown court and I suffered a further two years of "probation" for a case which has now been overturned and buried under a pile of disgrace - So as you can see I was hopping mad so I summonsed "FACT" (Ltd)
When I took "FACT" to court, one of the complaints I made was that they and the BBC were misleading the general public by calling employees of FACT "OFFICERS" and omitting to inform the general public or juries that they are in fact simply just a private LTD company.
In the UK the general public are mostly completely unaware the term is used also a as a title for "EMPLOYEE" (such as in America) so the deliberate false portrail by the BBC of the real status of "FACT" and its "Officers" is highly misleading.
I asked the court to stop the Federation Against Copyright Theft LIMITED from trading as they were misleading the public and the legal court process
The fact of the matter is that F.A.C.T are using an Americanised version of the word EMPLOYEE (officer). In the UK, to the ordinary person, the word "OFFICER" means Government Official - so you understand the deceptive quality of the wording used by "F.A.C.T and the BBC who promote "F.A.C.T" as "OFFICERS" on the BBC "News".
This illegal case was overturned in the High Court and it was ruled that the Judge (Judge Stephen Warner) had misdirected the Jury and that the Prosecution (Mr David Groome) had made the case up as he went along
Judge Stephen Warner also deliberately withheld evidence from the jury, on more than one occasion, when asked to by David Groome the Prosecutor for the Crown.
This was done in the absence of the jury but because I was Defending myself I was present and witnessed it along with the other defendants and their solicitors and of course the Court video cameras and recorders.

Yes it most certainly can, here is what happened before the main trial at St.Albans Crown Court: During the pre trial hearing at Watford Magistrates Court, Hertfordshire, England.....
The Prosecutor for "The Crown", Mr David Groome (shown below) put his foot in his own mouth when a solicitor for one of the defendants asked the Judge at Watford Magistrates Court:
"What I would like to know is, how did the police come to be involved in arresting people for CIVIL charges"?
Mr David Groome replied,
"WE OFFERED THE POLICE HALF THE TAKINGS"
This self admission was heard by one and all at Watford Magistrates Court in Hertfordshire
The "Takings" were confirmed as being estimated at TWO MILLION POUNDS
These "takings" were the projected total value in monies and property which was anticipated to be seized from the Wendy Fair Markets and the other defendants. The bulk of the 2 million pounds was in property and other financial assets of Wendy Fair Market
From David Groome's own mouth, at Watford Magistrates court Hertfordshire which was packed with witnesses and Video and Tape and Transcribers, Mr David Groome, Prosecutor for the Crown, confessed to offering Hertfordshire Police ONE MILLION POUNDS
Mr David Groome said: "WE OFFERED THE POLICE HALF THE TAKINGS" - This is a very serious admission and Mr David Groome cannot deny he said this and he has refused to answer when questioned about it
David Groome realised what he had said and immediately shut up and obviously hoped no one had realised the gravity of his confession - Tough cheese because I did notice and I bought this up at the main trial (where I defended myself) and Mr David Groome refused to answer
but instead stood silent untill Judge Stephen Warner changed the subject and rescued him from being forced to answer

This is Mr David Groome - The man found by THREE HIGH COURT JUDGES to have made up his case as he went along I personally found this man to be a childish and spiteful individual who enjoyed causing misery to anyone in his way I was in Mr David Groome's way because I had 20 years experience in publishing, hence I knew the "Federation Against Copyright Theft" were just a private LTD company Even police officers from Hemel Hempstead and Watford police stations were shocked as one by one, on the stand, I informed them that "FACT" were just a private LTD Company This gets worse: Even "officers" of "FACT" were shocked when I informed them they were not Officers of HM Government One poor chump working for "FACT" took the stand and announced proudly "I am a Forensic Scientist" So on the stand under oath (I was defending myself remember) I questioned and informed every witness who came forward that "FACT" were not a Government agency - therefore their "officers" were not OFFICERS - You should have seen the look on the faces of the poor fools employed by "FACT" who imagined they were Government Officers Mr David Groome could not win straight so he resorted to asking Judge Stephen Warner to extend the trial first from 2 weeks, to 3 weeks, to 4 weeks, to 5 weeks, to 6 weeks and finally to 7 and 1/2 weeks Judge Stephen Warner allowed his "requests" every time but refused me leave to see a doctor and I spent the last two weeks of the trial with a high fever and an infected ear I was no longer capable of defending myself and that was just what it appeared was required If it wasnt for Wendy Fair Markets taking the matter to the High Court and the High Court's ruling by THREE Judges - I would have been permanently branded by the slanderous lies of "FACT", Mr David Groome and the Pagan run malicious filthy lying BBC (Who are by the way members of "FACT" (LTD) |
